i added a new phone number through new xfinity mobile app was assighned it with my email acount but its been pending for a week now it says the number will be available to use after 48hrs its been a week i called comcast 1800 number they sent me to the voice 2go tech support and they didnt understand how to turn on thee pending phone number spent an hr on the phone with then well the number is still pending activation. i can foward calls but not make or receive them on my cell phone as said app would do is the number not activated when pending no email was sent to my telling me they activated my second number
