Thank you.  I have the TM822G and can not get caller ID on my PC at all but it comes up on the TV.   Keep getting "unable to connect - try again later".  The last time I called comcast the tech said that the code was wrong and (not set for VM) and he fixed it.  In addition half of the time my iPhone can not find WIFI while in the house.  Hopefully, someone has an answer  I'll wait.
