Looks like a rant, not a help question. Might I suggest, in the future when you split a post, add a link to the original. I could not find the original. I was looking the the wrong section.

The wost of all. Comcast could not switch my phone from VERIZON to COMCAST. COMCAST said it would take four days. It is now over twenty days - no switch. Called COMCAST, it took 59 minutes to talk with a live person. I was transferred three times. It seems nobody knows the problem. Told to call after 24 hours and everything will be taken care. After 72 hours, nothing done. Called COMCAST, put on hold for 33 minutes. Customer Service couldn't figure the problem. I was told I would be contacted soon with a solution. Nothing.
COMCAST is very swift and fast to collect their money. They mailed me bill one week after signing with them. They cashed my money without providing service. COMCAST service has been a nightmare. I should have done a little research prior to joining. COMCAST is the first in customer dissatisfaction.
Stay as far away as possible from COMCAST.
