Our home phone was forwarded to mobile phone during vacation - I now need to have calls go directly to phone and not my mobile. How do I make the switch?
Trying entering *73 when you first hear the dialtone
You should hear a couple of dialtone beeps and then clear dialtone
This is in the event you entered *72 and forwarding phone/mobile # at the beginning of your vacation
Seems that you have your home phone machine set with more rings than the voice mail rings.
Try changing it in VOICE PREFERENCES - EDIT:
- Number of Prompts is defaulted to STANDARD
- Change to EXTENDED
And maybe change your home phone ringing to a little less (but may not have to after setting the above)

Same for my phone. At 7:15 this morning it worked, and at 4PM the phone rings once and no one is there (only get dial tone.) I just called Comcast service and the agent said she will excallate to the central office group and resolve within 24-72 hours!
Same issue here but i fixed it. Long into Xfinity, Voice/Text tab, go to Voice, Change Forwarding Settings. While i was there also found that I could setup VM forwarding to my email.
