I have the problem where my voicemail timestamp is off by 1 hour.  I have called the customer service number 3 times now and nobody has a clue how to fix this.  I have even told them about this post and what it says and they still have no clue how to fix this.  Is there a particular extension or number that I can call to get someone on the phone that knows how to fix this?  This is so frustrating!!!

Hi there - this should now be resolved. All new messages will have the correct time. Please post the experience once you're able to test this.
