Digital phone service has been unavailable for 12hrs.  First time I called was left on hold for 15min and the rep said she had to get a tech, back on hold, my employer frowns on personal calls, had to hang up.  Called back, got a very nice gentleman who said service was out in our area(Commerce Twnshp MI).  I can't chat live via internet that service is unavailable.  Done everything with the plugging and unplugging.  This is the second day in a row with problems, yesterday was Internet , had to hand the phone(it was working yesterday)to my son because he made me feel so stupid.
I just want to know if there is an outage in my area
