Try pulling the power cord out of the outlet for 5 seconds, then plug back in... it will tkae about 5 minutes for your modem/gateway to reinitialize and reacquire the network,.,,,  try your phone again.  If it still does not work, you will need to somehow call Comcast and register a trouble ticket for your failed services..... these forums are not direct links to COmcast but rather a user-to-user answer area....
