Hi-

 

I hope you can help me with this as well.  My issue is that I have 2 lines on rollover and a fax line.  I can access the logs from the fax and one phone line but not the main line.  Please let me know what info I need to supply.

i have 2 phone lines & have asked for rollover service but was told it is not available.  Was I misinformed?

Only on business accounts, not on residental.

what is the reason for not offering it on residential?  2 lines are not uncommon

No one on this user to user Community forum would know why Comcast doesn't offer many features that they should.
