I'm unable to set up voicemail. *99 the mailbox is not in service. We've had service for almost a year and are just now realizing this. 😐

AmiraLew -- I reviewed your account and it was not setup with Voice Mail feature. I have added this to your account so you can use that service. Can you try setting it up again to see if it works now?

this is crazy...........same problem,  been trying to fix for about one hour or so.  On phone now with comcast rep who so far is not helpful at all!!
