I received an email stating that I could configure my voice mail preferences to send an email when I receive a voice mail.  However, I followed directions and everytime I try to access the preferences it gives me the following error:

 

 

I can't change anything or add anything.  What is up with this?  I have previously added call screening information and now it is gone.  You people at comcast have to test this stuff before you roll it out.  As an IT professional, I can't believe this.  When will the fix be applied?
