I am also having the same problem. Error SCC-0250. I have tried logging in from several browsers and computers. My problem is compounded because few days ago we had an issue with our service, so I turned on variable call forwarding. Now I am unable to turn it off. I tried *73 and it simply will not go away.

 

This is causing major problems for the elderly lady that depends on gettting phone calls here at home.

The issue has been resolved. Prior to discovering these helpful forums (no sarcasm there, I am truly impressed by the response times and the overall ability to help clients), I called the main line and opened up a trouble ticket. They were able to get the issue corrected. Moving forward, however, these forums will be my main source of help. Thank you very much for your attention to my issue.

The Comcast Corp administrator has been notified of your issue and will look into getting it fixed.
