I've had caller ID working on my Panasonic phones for several years as part of Teiple Play. It now works maybe 1 out of every ten times. I called Comcast two weeks go and they took my number, saying they'd get back to me. That's the last I heard from them. Now I'm getting a notification from my iPad app saying that the ID connection was lost and that I should check my caller ID settings (without telling me how to do so). So, it doesn't work on the home phone, and now not on the iPad. I'd appreciate some advice or help. Thanks!

The Comcast Corp team has been notified of your CID issues, and will look into it early next week.
