I find that the feature to block certain numbers is missing from my screening preferences. I only have the option of blocking anonymous callers. What happened?

Please make sure you are using the full version of Xfinity Connect and not the light version.

 

If you click on preferences and then the "call screening" tab on the left you should see the place to enter the numbers you want blocked.

 

If your not seeing similar to this, then please post back and it will be escalated.
