I have the same issue. How do I get this resolved. Voice and texting is greyed out.

Only a Comcast support agent can get it fixed, which might including rebuilding your account and codes.

 

Contact Comcast support on the phone, don't use chat.  If they can't fix it, then insist on getting it escalated.  Don't give up.
