I'm having the same issue.  I'm getting an SCC-0235 error message.  When I look at the detail of the error message it says that the cstTNVs attribute is empty.  Also, when I try to log into my account using my telephone number is says the password is incorrect or it's an invalid phone number.

I was thinking it was just my phone.....I now think it had something to do with the Xfinity migration.  I, too, hope it will be resolved soon.

    Can you shoot me an email with the following info, as well as the a link to this thread?

  1. account number
  2. cdv phones numbers
  3. which of those phone number(s) have voicemail
  4. start date of cdv service for each phone number(s)

Evening Detreon,

Below is the reply I was referring to that you replied to paredman,s problem. I wasn't sure if you were referring to me or him. I think you had asked for permission to access my web page and I had replied agreeing to go ahead and do what you needed to do. I see paredman has had his issue fixed but I still cannot access the digital voice center.

hmmm....I was able to log in to retrieve your voicemails. Can you log in again to see what you are getting?

Thanks for getting back Detreon.

 

Every time I try to get to the digital voice center I get a message stating cannot connect to server, code: empty response.

 

under voicemail accounts is:

 

Trying to check your voice mail? Log in to Customer Central with your primary account information to grant access to others in your household. Click here for step by step instructions.


Don't know the primary email address for your account? Chat live with a customer care representative.

 

It does not show my phone number at all. This has been going on now for probably at least a month or so.

Also, I'm taking the following steps to access vm; what steps are you taking?

 

1. navigate to www.comcast.net

2. sign in

3. Access the voice tab

4. Allow 20 to 30 seconds for vm to load.

You can reset your voicemail password by lgging into your account online and then going here:

 

https://login.comcast.net/forgotpwd/reset?execution=e2s1 

 

You must be the primary account holder of have been granted those rights by the account holder.
