I had Comcast Phone Service installed. The installer disconnected my signal gain device (multiple TVs are connected), indicating that it could not be used with the Comcast Phone service. The installer said to contact Comcast for a solution???

Dear waverunner,

It sounds like the amplifier that you’re using is not able to provide an adequate signal for both your Cable TV and your CDV service. Some store bought brands can have a less than adequate signal range,which often results in this type of problem. Comcast amplifiers (as well as some aftermarket brands) are able to meet the signal requirements for all of our products, so feel free to contact us if you believe there is something wrong with your current amplifier, or if you just want to upgrade to one with greater signal capacity.
