Problem With Phone Service

I am not sure if this is the best way to contact you, but as of now it is the only way I have. I have the Triple Play through you guys. Over a year ago I tried to change my home phone number, but since then my phone has not worked at all. I plugged the phone up again to see if I could get it to work and tried every outlet in the house and it will not work. The message I get on the display on the phone says "No Line."  Can you please help? I currently have no way of calling in to Customer Service. Thank you.

Plug the phone directly into the Tel jack of the modem/gateway and see if you have service this way.  If you do, you will need to rethink the home's phone wiring as this may eb the cause of the issue.
