Phone shuts off

Phone shuts off

When im on or off the phone it shuts off sometimes and i also notice when this happens the internet stops working and OnDemand stops working for about 5 to 10 minutes then everything starts working again.

You are having signal issues with you Comcast service.  Please call Comcast support and they will need to send out a tech to troubleshoot and fix you signal issue.
