How does my phone number change without my knowledge and it's a number we had for 10 years??

Can you provide some more background?  Did you recently add Comcast Voice and left your previous provider?

Call into Comcast @ 1-800-COMCAST or 1-800-XFINITY and speak with a CSR about this issue.

We called Comcast and spent 2 hours with a woman from Asia and still no help. But wanted to charge us another 79$ for tech to come out and we didn't change our number or add anything just one day no phone.
