What a joke!  No one around when you need them.  Comcast is not the place I want to be.  FIX MY PHONE.

I’m sorry that you’re experiencing problems with your CDV service, but I am pleased that I was able to reach you and discuss the problem. As I had stated previously, even though I’m not seeing any service issues at your home, your description of the problem suggests that there is a need for further investigation. Hence, I’ve scheduled you for a service technician who will try to isolate the problem. Please be assured that I will also continue to follow your account until we are sure the problem is fixed.
