Phone not connected

Phone not connected

Hi,

My internet is working fine but there is no phone service. The lights for the phone are not lit on my box and there is no dial tone. I can't call to fix it because...I have no phone.

IF you're talking about modem/gateway activation, you should call into Comcast and have them activate it remotely....

I noticed a few issues on the activation and correct it them. Has your issue continued? -FC
