Phone message accwss

When ever I try to access my voicemail on the comcast site, I get the message.

 

ACCESS NOT AUTHORIZED

You are signed in correctly, but you are not currently authorized to access this resource.

 

Why can I not access my own voicemail,

Only the primary account holder can access VM... secondary account holders must have their permissions enabled to do so.... it is quite possible your account was set-up as a secondary account if you are the primary account holder....

Secondly, did you ever set up your VoiceMail Security PIN?

Yes set up a pin and was also sent one from Comcast. Only one user so I must be the primary user. I'm gonna call and find out what the heck is going on.
