Phone harrassment

Phone harrassment

My 93-year-old mother, who lives in an assisted living facility, receives frequent calls which she perceives as threatening and it frightens her.  Since she does not hear well, she does not know who is calling so that I could deal with it.  So I cannot block that number from her phone.  I am thinking of requesting a new unlisted number for her, but I am told that even those numbers are not safe from these calls.  Your advice would be appreciated.

These forums areprimarily user-to-user.... your best bet is to call into Comcast and speak with an understanding CSR who can then give you guidance on the steps you can take to take care of this issue.

Good luck!
