The Comcast Corp team has been notified of your outage and will get on it as soon as possible.

Watch this post and your email for updates from the team.

Might want to try Resetting the Modem/EMTA.  There is a reset switch in a small hole on the back of the modem.

Use a ball point pen or toothpick to reach in to the holeand depress the switch until all the lights exceppt the Power light go out. Then Release the switch.

Also try swapping out the phone cord and the phone if you can.

Be sure the phone is plugged into the L1 jack on the back of the modem.

Thanks James!

@vanskills - Are you still having trouble? There was an outage in the area on the 22nd but that has since been cleared. Apologies for the service interruption.
