Phone isn't working.  Have a "no line" message on phone screen?

Make sure phone is plugged into the right port.

If you have activated the gateway/modem, MOVE the phone to other OTHER TEL jack and check to see if that one works.... it's always a 50-50 chance on WHICH Tel jack that was actually provisioned!!!!

I noticed since yesterday sometime that I have no phone. It keeps reading on phone no line. I have checked all connections from my printer and all jaxs evrything good. The day before I had problems with my connection to computer but that is now resolved. Please help. Apparently I have messages because my indicator on phone keeps flashing. How do I retrieve them

Ok so know one responded but that is ok . Not sure what was up but phone is now working.

You shoudl be aware that these forums are user-to-user.... not direct links to Comcast.... we are paying customers just like you...  in the future, you should call Comcast directly for any service interruptions....
