Phone caller ID

Phone caller ID

I recently swapped to Comcast from AT&T and so far love the service.  However since I have swapped, all the calls on my phone receiver have shown up as "Unknown Caller" and there is not a number listed at all.  Is there something I was supposed to do or ask for when I signed up to get caller ID on my account?  How can I make this work??
