Phone and internet out since 8/27/11

Phone and internet out since 8/27/11

Phone and internet has been out since 8/27/11. the problem is intermitant with phone and internet out of service over 90% of time.Techs come out and say that problem is outside and not inside. No one fixes it. When I call to complain they schedule another appointment for a tech to come out to the house and tell me the problem is outside. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 3 different times, I am put on hold each time for over a half an hour and no gets on the phone.
Any ideas on how I can reach someone at Comcast who has the authority to get this problem resolved. i would not be as upset if Comcast was at least giving this issue priority and began to work on it. My pleas are falling on deaf ears!

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will contact the local group to get it fixed.
