Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

 

1. Reboot telephone modem

 2. check coaxial cable connections on modem and wall outlet

3. make sure that your telephone modem has power

4. make sure that your telephones are working

5. Try plugging a working telephone directly into the telephone modem to see if there is a problem with your telephone wiring or jacks

6. Call Comcast because there could be a problem with your wiring or modem
