Hello, This is Flor Goncalves. I have a home phone and it isn't working. This has been an issue for a week. Please , write back as soon as possible .

You need to call 1-800 comcast from a neighbor's phone or cell phone and report that your phone isn't working.  No one here can do that for you.  The forums are mionitored primarily by other customers and we do not have access to your account.

Have you tried resetting your phone modem?  On the back there is a recessed reset button.  Use the end of a paperclip or a pen and push in the reset button.  if stll not service, Call Comcast.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
