Phone Preferences not Working

Phone Preferences not Working

My phone preferences and more specifically trying to change things like e-mail notifications for voice mail or trying to set up call forwarding is not working.  These have not worked ever since we moved and changed phone numbers a little over a year ago.  I have tried changing these preferences through the SmartZone Communications Center and the Digital Voice Center with no luck.  My iPhone app also does not work for these features.  I have tried a Customer Service chat with no success.

 

By the way I can check voice mails and see incoming and outgoing calls just fine.

 

I can provide the error messages I receive if that helps.  Thank you.

A Comcast admin has been notified and will look into your accout and reach out to correct your issues.

We've done some back-end things to correct this. Are you attempting to transfer or disconnect service in some way?

No I am not attempting to transfer or disconnect service.

 

I have tested most of what was not working and everything seems to be working properly.  Thank you for very much for your help!
