Phone Outage

Phone Outage

Phone outage for the 2nd time on company line wher, by law, we must have an active phone line

Wait time to forward  calls is unknown since no one at Comcast will answer

the CHAT feature on this website says

There are 2 errors on the page.

  • Phone Number is required.
  • Zip Code is required.

so not able to connect witt them that way.

Suggestion as to how you forward calls when there is an outage?

If you're a business class customer, you need to be posting in the business class forums.
