Phone Calls

My inquiry. . . Why when I make a telephone call, which is to a number I call daily.   Suddenly I get a recording that says "That the Party I am trying to reach, Is no longer accepting calls from this Number" ?    Is my number being blocked by the other party ?   I have reset my modem and still the same happens.    It is not a problem with the other Party accepting my calls, i can use my cell phone and call the number.

Let me get this right.... you use your home phone and receive a message that the caller is not accepting calls from that number....  you use your cellular phone and it does work as it is not being blocked by the caller?

Your home phone number is different than a personal cell number and that "could" be why....  since your home number could be blocked by the reveiver but your cellular number isn't.

Are you using the Voice2Go contained in the Xfinity Connect APP to make the call?
