Paid for channels and am not getting them

Paid for channels and am not getting them

I am paying for HBO and Starz and it's blocked out. I am also signed up for Xfinity voice and it's not working. Don't know if I even got the necessary equipment when they hooked it up. I tried to call but the system is down. Can someone help me please.
