Ordered Service --- Never Installed

I ordered services in June and it still has not been installed.  Does anyone know how to get in touch with a supervisor because no one ever returns my calls.

What does the Rep tell you when you call 1-800 comcast to find out why your service has not been installed yet?


 



Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

You can drop a note to Comcast corporate customer service (we_can_help@cable.comcast.com).

For the quickest response, please include:
Your full name;
Service address;
Phone number & an alternate number if possible;
Account number;
A link to your post.?
