Only 2 rings then my caller goes into voice mail - I have it set for 5 rings.

Why do my callers go into voice mail after only 2 rings when I have it set for 5?

You can try and reinitialize your modem by pulling power, let sit, then plug back in...

If this fails, you will need to call into COmcast and register this as a trouble to get them to look at your issue....

I tried to reinitialize to no avail - I will call Comcast - because the option where you can change the rings doesn't appear any more.  Thank you.
