I just started the digital voice with the Triple Play Package. I keep getting the error message SCC-0235. Can I get some help please? This is frustrating!

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

Yes it works. I got a call from a Celia, who wanted me to call her back. I must get home too late after work cuz it goes to voice mail.
Now how do I get my caller id to show the name of the person when they call from a cell phone? It shows it as "cell phone ca".
