On screen (TV) Caller ID not working

Good morning all,

Caller ID is working on phone but not on TV or PC. ITV shows Caller ID ready, app loaded and started on PC. Rebooted all but still no go. I did have an issue when the service was installed they did not have an order to port over my phone. Phone was ported a week later but the service still does not work. Not that it makes a difference but I am a Comcast FTE. I am using the Any Room hub with a Toshiba TV. Any ideas?

I did have caller ID on my computer and now it says "ID and password is not valid".  Can you verify what my password is or will I have to change my password?  If I change my caller ID password will that change my sign in name and password for my emails?  I do not want to change my email sign in name and password.
