Not so satisfied customer...

I have been a high speed internet customer for a couple of years with comcast with absolutely no issues...  I had the good sense to "upgrade" to comcast digital phone and since then it's been nothing but cut calls and internet disconnects...  It's been only 4 days but I already regret it, especially after reading this forum.  I was online this morning for at least an hour with a wonderful "specialist" and the best he could do was set up an appointment with a "real technician".  I can only hope that he will be able to fix the problem...  As I have seen in a couple of other messages, the modem constently reboots which causes the internet to go out and cuts phone calls, not to mention drives me nuts!!!!  I know this won't solve anything but maybe it will convince someone not to get this service until it is reliable.

I can see from your account that you were scheduled for a service technician to come to your home yesterday. It appears that the technician was able to correct the problem, since your service levels look very normal. Please contact us, or email me directly if you’re still having problems.

I'm going through the same issue and believe me it's so annoying.  There have been times that I'm on the phone with a customer rep and they can't hear me, stactic or the call drops but never was this problem reported when I was told by them to call when it happens. This past Friday, it happened and today, Tuesday, again!  I also was told that depending on where you live in TN, internet/phone service will not work correctly.  I hope they figure out this problem with all the advertisement as they state, they have the best service/software.  Don't get me wrong, the package I have is cost efficient but the reliablity is questionable.
