No voice mail

No voice mail

A week or so ago I stopped receiving voice mail.  This has happened in the past and was fixed when I reported it.  Unfortunately it didn't stay fixed, and I once again have no voice mail.  Could I be doing something wrong?

When I check my voicemail, the message states that I don't have service.

Can you clarify something for me?

Are you checking your voicemail and seeing that you have no new messages or are you seeing a pattern where you are unable to access your voicemail?
