No phone service

No phone service

I haven't had any phone service since before Christmas.  I checked the phone lines, no phones are off the hook and I reset my Modem (twice).  I even got a new phone line from the phone to the plug and still nothing.  I'm wondering if it's the line from the modem to the wall unit?  If that's not it, Can Comcast come out and check the line from the pole to the house?  I can only use my cell phone so far and I really want my lanline back.
