No phone service

No phone service

I have no dial tone. When you call my home phone you get the message, "Were sorry, your call can not be completed at this time, please try again later", then it automatically disconnects the caller. I am seeing that many other customers are experiencing similar problems. Any idea when phone service will be restored?

There are steps to troubleshoot "no dial tone", if you still have a problem, you can use the live chat on the same page to talk to an agent.

Switched over from Verizon on 9/6/11. Digital voice service was erratic all week and this morning there was no dial tone. All incoming calls are being sent to voice mail. Are these typical Comcast Digital Voice problems or possibly flood related issues?

I can call out, but no one can call in, there is no dial tone when some one calls in.

Maybe you should call out to 1-800-Comcast then. Smiley Wink
