No phone lines, again. SOS

No phone lines, again. SOS

My corporation has 4 voice lines and internet from Comcast Business.   It is apparently no longer built for business.

 

We have had the service for 5 years.  For several months now the phones answer that the line is no longer in service and no further information is available.   Our bills are paid.  We have internet service, just no phones.   My office manager has spent approximately one week of time trying to resolve these problems.   Never the same person twice to talk with.  Must explain the whole sorry story each time.  Eventually all is back on, apparently with a flick of a switch somewhere.   

 

What is the best way to get this ridiculous problem fixed, permanently.   We are moving our office at the end of August and I am terrified that it will be a disaster.    HELP!!!    

 

We were told by 4 different people today that no one knows why this happens.    The main number in question is 239 267 0986.  We provide treatment to people addicted to pain killers and often our patients are in an emergency situation no requiring 911.

This user to user forum is for residential service, there is no one from Comcast to help.

 

If you want to go the forum route then please post on the Comcast business class forum which has real Comcast people to help.
