You should always... always have a cell phone with Comcast phone service just for this reason.

My Comcast Acct. # is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Under Jacob XXXXXXXXXXXX, phn. XXXXXXXXXXXX. Called you Fri. 3/6.15 because I have no landline service, not even a dial tone. Girl said she would call me and give me an appt. for someone to come to my premises. She never called back. My son called you, he has a cell phone, I do not. Computer set up appt. between 3 pm and 5 pm today, Sat. 3/7/15. It is 4:30pm and no one has showed up. I do not have a cell phone, my son flew back to OH today, we are left with NO PHONE SERVICE. This is not the first time Comcast has left us with no phone service. I am getting sick of it. If your service man does not show up today, I am writing BBB with a complaint and expect you to give me a mos. free service.

We are 80 yrs. old. No phone service, what if we needed to call 911. Comcast has the worst reputation for giving their customers good service. I want you to answer this email and give me an appt. for Mon. 3/9/15 in the am. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE. Answer me by email, address below.
