No dial tone

In the last 48 hours I have been on the phone with you over 5 hours troubleshooting.  You came and installed service to a different property today and low and behold my phone doesn't work.  I have called you three times tonight and have gotten disconnected.  Can anyone help?  Last night I called for my movers promotion and after a half an hour it got cancelled because my appointment was today.  I have no phone please can someone help.  I have asked to speak with managers and I get disconnected.

I have escalated your issues to the Comcast Team available to the forums.  Expect a reply in this thread or via Private Message.
