No dial tone

No dial tone

I have no dial tone and the Tel1 light on the tower is flashing at about 1 second intervals.

Tel1 flashing indicates no signal/no connection.

Try rebooting the device to see if connection can be reacquired.

No.  Reboot means to pull power cord from outlet, let sit 10 seconds and then plug back in.  The reboot process should take from 3-5 minutes and all lights will be lit solid when completed.  Check for dial tone then.
