No dial tone

No dial tone

I talked to two reps tonight, and both conveniently disconnected without helping me. They had the phone number from which I was calling, and neither called me back. I have three phones with no dial tones.  Both reps went through the basics so the modem was unplugged and everything else is plugged in. Anyone else have a similar problem?

yes, i had my phone drop today around 10:30am and it was dead air all day.  We were on the online chat with support which was totally worthless because they just read off the scripts...so i went down and rebooted the modem for internet and phone and it now works.

Same problem. Lost phone at 2pm. Customer service is useless. Read from a script and took my internet down now. Said some pretty rude stuff on phone. Worst service ever!!!!
