No dial tone - Acct.#xxxx xx xxx xxxxxxx

No phone service!!!!!!! WHY??????? xxx-xxx-xxx xxx xxxxx xx. xxxxxx,x.x. xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxx  - service out since yesterday.

If it were me, I would quickly edit my post and remove ALL personal information.  This is a Help Forum of Users, like yourself and cannot help you with downed phone service.  You need to call Comcast or go to you local Comcast office if you don't have acess to a phone (cell phone?)

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
