No caller ID on our TVs.

No caller ID on our TVs.

We have the triple play but do not get the caller id information on our tvs.  The message on the iTV screen for caller id sometimes shows it options and sometimes shows a message with the code CID100 at the bottom.  We would really like to get this feature working.  We have had our triple play for about a month now and we have motorola equipment.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Larry.  A gentleman name Tom from the support center was able to get us fixed up.  I don't know what he did but within an hour, he they were able to get the caller ID on our TV.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will contact the right people to get it fixed.

We have no caller ID on our TVs.

We had caller ID on our tv [for that matter text messages either]. I checked in the settings and all is turned on. We were getting ID a few days ago but now nothing.

 

Coule someone check our account settings?
