No caller ID and number on screen not working

No caller ID and number on screen not working

Good morning;

 

Service was transferred to new address and options of caller ID and number displayed on screen has worked since I moved last September. I would like to have features restored again.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will get it working.

Have the same problem in Oregon been 15 months without caller ID. Had several calls to agents initially for about 3 weeks trying to get support without success. Let me know if you guys find a fix.

Hi thanks for trying. I checked my living room which has a DCX3400 box w/DVR & have not noticed it working. I checked the master bedroom which has a RNG110 box & did not see caller id working. The box in spare room is not support for called ID DC50X.
