No Voicemail but line says I have one

No Voicemail but line says I have one

Hello,

 

Have a signal saying that I have New Voicemail ( tone indication and phones say new voicemail) but when checking, turns out that I dont have any. Has been working correctly up till yesterday,

1st thing to try is leave yourself a new voice mail.  Then try to retrive it and delete it.  See if the stuttertone goes away.

 

If that doesn't work, then you will need to call Comcast support for them to clear it.
